SalaryPRO IS, Inc. currently has an exciting Document Configuration Technician position available. This role would suit candidates who are looking for a great opportunity with a growing company. We provide the training for our employees on the clients’ systems and processes.
Document Configuration Technicians configure new and update existing documents (policy endorsements) in the client’s system. They ensure that the configuration requirements are quickly and effectively scoped and implemented while following IT process.
The hours for the position are Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm EST.
Main Responsibilities:
- Integrate documents into the underwriting system so they are available for use
- Test and review documents prior to releasing into production to ensure they are error free
- Research and resolve user errors and defects related to the endorsement process
- Manage team tasks and priorities to ensure service levels are met
- Problem solving and troubleshooting production issues on documents
- Communicate with Compliance to ensure endorsements meet required standards and are available and working correctly for end user
Desirable Experience and Skills:
- Experience in IT creating loops and insurance is strongly preferred.
- Testing and/or proof-reading skills
- Ability to compare and identify the differences between two documents.
- Ability to manage quickly changing priorities
- Detail oriented
- Microsoft Word formatting experience – tabbing, list management & table properties
- Excellent customer service a plus
Candidates must have dedicated broadband internet access (no hot spots) to work from home.
