Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking qualified candidates for a Night Shift Outbound Dock Supervisor position in the Seattle Metro area. This position is full time on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performance team and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain company safety policies and procedures.
- Supervise responsibilities and schedules for all members on the dock to ensure compliance according to customer specifications
- Provide support and coaching to staff on policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate expectations to the team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience (experience in dock work is a plus).
- Effective organizational and planning skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to team and customers.
- Terrific leadership skills and experience.
- Able to work a schedule that fluctuates depending on business volumes and demands.
- Willing to work in any sort of weather conditions.
Pay:$65,000-75,000
