Dock and Lift Installer

Lifetime Lift and Dock LLC is a local, privately owned and operated lake service provider of docks and Lifts; specializing in the installation, removal and maintenance of Bulmann, DAKA, Existing, Refurbished and Custom Docks and Boat Lifts. We currently have Lake Crews working throughout the Eagle River and Green Bay area. We offer competitive pay and a fun, productive work environment.

Summary of Duties:

- Complete installation, removal and servicing of various lakeshore equipment (docks and boat lifts)

- Dock-team members assist with setting up sites, loading and unloading supplies, tools, and perform site clean up

- Exceed customer expectations

Job Requirements:.

• Valid insurable drivers license
• Knowledgeable, proactive commitment to safety
• Water agility
• Ability to work 40-60 hrs. per week
• Punctual and good attendance
• Ability to consistently lift between 70-95 pounds
• Must be able to handle repetitive motions for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift from a kneeling position to standing multiple times a day
• Ability to hear, see, and speak clearly
• Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.)

Employment Benefits: - Wage of $20-25/hr. Based on experience - Benefits after probationary period (PTO, Paid holidays)

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
