Doc Auditor, Default Services - Reo

**This is an in-office role, and will be required to work at ServiceLink's Moon Twp. PA offices on a daily basis.  As such, all applicants must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Moon Twp., PA and be willing and able to work in-office on a daily basis.**

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

.        Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work
.        Communicate with clients. 
.        Research and resolve discrepancies.
.        Maintain accurate records and logs 

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

.        Advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.
.        High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
.        Typing/Data Entry skills, 35 wpm to 50 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate.
.        Possess good communication and customer service skills.
 
 

·        Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work

·        Communication with clients 

·        Research and resolution of discrepancies

·        Maintain accurate records and logs

·        Reviewing all documentation for 100% accuracy 

·        Perform duties and responsibilities in a timely manner

·        Maintain open communication with team members and team leader

·        Address inquiries from clients and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner

·        All other duties as assigned

·        Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.

·        High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

·        Typing/Data Entry skills, 35 wpm to 50 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate.

·        Possess good communication and customer service skills.

·        Knowledge of Windows software applications.

·        Knowledge of real estate terminology
