Description
Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen & respiratory products throughout the Midwest & Northern Rockies. We are currently in search of a Revenue Cycle Manager - Front End Billing Office that will provide overall leadership and vision to the Front-End Billing Office supervisors, and staff; including Intake, QA, OC, CMN & PAR departments.
Working from our Eagan, MN office, this role works closely and in coordination with the Revenue Cycle Manager of Back End Billing. They will provide strategic direction, process improvement and workflow direction, and team/ leadership development for the Billing Office. This position will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and Vice President.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct and administer monthly financial reporting. Ensure departments complete work timely for month-end close.
- Fully oversee and evaluate work activities of Billing Office departmental staff including, establishing work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space and equipment availability.
- Develop and maintain computerized record management systems to store and process data such as personnel activities and information, and to produce reports.
- Familiar with different insurance contracts/payers we handle and keep abreast of any changes with these contracts
Top Candidates will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of management/leadership experience
- 3-5 years of medical terminology/billing experience
- Experience developing, maintaining, and producing reports based on computerized record management systems such as personnel activities and information
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, organize and manage multiple priorities
Additional Preferred
- Previous experience in HME billing, process and workflow improvement, and team/leadership development is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related degree.
- Brightree software experience.
- Bilingual is a plus!
