What Will I Be Doing
This position will be in charge of developing specifics plans and projects to ensure short and long term growth in the geography assigned related to ensuring the superior execution of all Barcel programs. The DSM will be responsible for auditing commercial activities, such as execution, market saturation, product strategic plans and category penetration to ensure the growth expected. The DSM will need to influence the distributors on his/her territory to achieve the KPIs defined and also become a distributor’s counselor andassist driving the business with long term vision. He/She will implement the company's strategy at operative level within assigned territories/distributors, providing ongoing sales support and ensure profitable growth for Barcel USA.
Responsibilities
Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales goals.You will be responsible for the execution at the Point of Sales at the standards that Barcel has defined- Superior Execution always
Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and goals for distributors in support of national objectives.
Maintains and expands customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Negotiate, evaluate and audit goals and budget performance with internal Barcel team and distributors in the assigned territory
Coach the assigned distributors on operational activities
Align on National Initiatives defined by Corporate Offices and support them to ensure a successful program
Coordinate with Account Managers to acquire new accounts and stores to saturate the market assigned
Coordinate and support Operational Sales manager on key topics like forecasting and ordering placement.
Monitor KPI’s for commercial strategies
Assign trade marketing materials to the distributors in the area and plan for the execution of those.
Accountable for the KPIs for his/her territory.
Conduct Interviews with Distributors to present commercial strategies to improve sales performance
Conduct Interviews with strategic customers to develop brand penetration and capture sales opportunities
Responsible for certain number of accounts within his/her territory and/or responsible for the negotiations with Regional/District managers for relevant accounts
Responsible for ensuring all Barcel programs are executed with a Superior Quality Guarantee.
Develop and maintain a close relationship with customers and market channels responsible to ensure the execution of the business strategy
Keep the required communication channels with operations and marketing in order to coordinate the efforts in fulfilling the objectives of the organization.
Keep a constant communication with KAMs for implementation of corporate negotiations.
Provide feedback to KAMs of the different channels in regard tothe business plans to increase sale of different brands.
Audit product schematics and prices; make necessary adjustments if necessary or work with KAM to update prices or schematics.
Analyze information and KPI’s to develop quarterly plans by Distributor.
Being the primary contact of communication between Barcel and our distributors.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience5 years sales experience in consumer goods, management, sales, negotiation, finance and team managing industry
Proven DSD experience
Must be able to travel, domestic 50%
