 What we're looking for:

Axium Inspections is seeking a relationship-focused Sales Manager who is passionate about relationship building and driving market share growth. In this crucial role, you will lead a team of sales representatives to drive growth and nurture existing relationships across current and future markets. Your primary responsibilities include supervising, training, and motivating your team members to generate revenue and establish Axium Inspections as the preferred home inspection brand in all covered territories. 

Job Location: Remote, located in Denver, Co area

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and motivate a remote sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

CRM Management:

  • Use CRM for accurate lead and sales records. 
  • Record and monitor sales team activities within the CRM.
  • Report engagement, conversion, and lead metrics from the CR

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Pipeline Management:

  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Provide guidance to the team on effective lead generation, prospecting, and qualification techniques.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry influencers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.

Remote Sales Team Support:

  • Provide ongoing training and support to remote sales representatives, including product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Utilize virtual communication tools to facilitate collaboration and maintain team cohesion.

Performance Metrics Tracking:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the regional sales team.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage and optimize the regional sales budget.
  • Track expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets.

Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide timely and insightful feedback to senior management.

 SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in remote team management and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years proven experience in sales management, preferably in the home inspection or related industry.

 PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Real Estate, home inspection/home services, or related field experience
