Overview
ARS/Rescue Rooter is the largest Residential HVAC company nation-wide and the fastest growing company in skilled trades. We are seeking a Recruiter that can keep up with staffing demands for the Southeast Division (FL/GA).
A successful full-cycle recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and pro-actively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
The individual hired will have the flexibility to work remote but must be based in one of the branch locations with ability to attend periodic job fairs and local travel between branch locations within Florida and Georgia (Jacksonville, Sanford, Vero Beach, Miami, Bradenton, Tampa, Atlanta).
Responsibilities
- Establishes recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
- Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with hiring managers' requirements through evaluation and screening.
- Develops pool of qualified candidates and manage through iCIMS Applicant Tracking System.
- Uses internet sourcing and employee referral program leads to recruit candidates.
- Proposes approaches to alternative sources of applicants to fill open positions.
- Posts positions to appropriate sources, internally and externally.
- Resume mining as needed.
- Assist Human Resources Department, as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Corporate Recruiter or Human Resources Generalist with heavy recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for skilled trade employees in a residential service or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working in an Applicant Tracking System similar or equal to iCIMS
- Ability to successfully meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Office products.
