CCI is a nationwide full-service real estate platform focused on acquisition, asset management, Property Management, and development. Our current property portfolio consists of around 8,000 apartments and townhomes, with a focus on providing affordable housing for seniors and persons with disabilities. We also own and manage a diverse and growing portfolio of other real estate assets covering traditional multifamily rentals, office, and light industrial uses. About the role:

As Division Administrator (Property Management), you will support the Executive Vice President (EVP) and other Vice Presidents (VPs) within our Property Management Division. This position involves a wide range of administrative, operational, and analytical responsibilities. The Division Administrator will help facilitate effective communication with and between the EVPs and VPs in Property Management. The Division Administrator will also project manage assigned tasks, assist with the design and refinement of divisional business processes/workflows, and monitor and report back on adherence to company policies and procedures across the Property Management division.

What will you be doing?
  • Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to the EVP & VPs in Property Management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Manage expenses, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with Property Management teams to ensure adherence to company policies, track property performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.
  • Communication and Relationship Management:Facilitate communication and collaboration among divisions, coordinate meetings and activities, promote cohesive operations, and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and industry standards. Conduct research for the development and implementation of compliant policies and procedures. Provide support for auditing and reporting processes related to Property Management compliance.
  • Project Coordination:Coordinate special projects for Property Management Division EVP and VPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports. Evaluate and implement new Property Management software and technology systems.
