ABOUT THE TRANSFORMATION & CULTURE TEAM

The Transformation & Culture team designs and delivers innovative strategies and learning experiences that build personal and organizational capacity for change. We embolden individuals and communities to dismantle systems of oppression, to be the change and to build an equitable world. Our services include organizational strategy, executive coaching programs, learning opportunities, assessments and tools to support partners in promoting diversity, Equity and Inclusion.


ABOUT THIS ROLE

BerlinRosen is seeking a Coordinator to join the Transformation and Culture team. This individual is someone who works well with a team and also independently; has exemplary organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and respond to rapidly changing priorities; and has superior interpersonal skills, high self-awareness and sound judgment. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with tight deadlines. 

Role location: This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. The Transformation & Culture team is in-office 3 days per week.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a Coordinator on theTransformation & Culture team, you will...

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Transformation & Culture team, managing projects and client interactions
  • Implement strategic planning and creative brainstorming for client projects, ensuring effective execution
  • Coordinate meetings, both internal and external, and manage the Managing Director's calendar, time reporting and expenses
  • Write and edit persuasive documents, including client emails, backgrounders, memos and project plans
  • Play a hands-on role in client projects, participating in staffing check-ins, note-taking and supporting training sessions
  • Anticipate, respond to and prepare for upcoming meetings and events, handling correspondences, research briefings and meeting materials

Essential skills:

  • Internship or other relevant experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Ability to plan ahead and anticipate needs
  • Skilled at creating and establishing processes
  • Strong and clear oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Capable of handling multiple assignments at once and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and detail orientation to support the completion of each project with fidelity
  • Effective at building and maintaining relationships, and managing up, down and laterally

WORKING AT BERLINROSEN

Compensation philosophy: BerlinRosen offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.  

The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience and is as follows: 

  • Starting minimum: $60,000
  • Role cap: $65,000
