Position Summary:
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Execute all sales priorities and initiatives
- Manage budgets and profit & loss statements
- Ensure a culture of learning by coaching and developing team members including Account Managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounts serving as the connection point with Sales leadership team
- Maintain consistent interaction with store level and local chain leaders as applicable
- Manages “selling in” and adherence to calendar marketing agreements as applicable
- Execute and fulfill all channel, package and pricing plans
- Provide a feedback loop to the Sales leadership team on market conditions i.e., competition, channel plans, pricing, and architecture, etc.
- Represent the company in local government, community forums, as needed, on issues that impact the business
- Ensure execution of all engagement initiatives i.e., Town Halls, etc., to drive strong employee engagement
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree, 4 plus years of experience in consumer products and/or direct store delivery sales and 1 to 2 plus years of people leadership experience or HS Diploma/GED, 7 plus years of experience in consumer products and/or direct store delivery sales and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience
- Experience managing budgets
- Proficient computer skills i.e., Microsoft office i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Periodic bending, kneeling, pulling, and/or lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing
- Travel up to 50%
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
- Intermediate computer and database application skills
