District Sales Manager - Remote Role In North Dakota (Agriculture - Nachurs Alpine Solutions)

General Purpose and Scope of Position:

The District Sales Manager is responsible for carrying out all sales and marketing activities in a specified geographical territory so as to maintain, develop and grow the overall sales volume in that territory in a manner that maximizes profitability.

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

• Plan and organize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business goals
• Plan and develop dealer/distributor network in specified territory according to the agreed market development strategy
• Motivate dealers and distributors to promote a portfolio of products and services
• Educate growers, dealers & distributors on new products
• Conduct direct farm visits to growers in order to promote and sell a portfolio of products
• Conduct direct visits to dealers and distributors to assist in selling a portfolio of products
• Sell and service equipment related to the application of fertilizer products
• Install and help to install equipment related to the application of fertilizer products
• Sell storage tanks as related to the storage of fertilizer products
• Deliver fertilizer, parts & equipment, and storage tanks to dealers and farmers as required
• Conduct grower meetings to promote the use of products
• Attend farm shows to promote the use of products and services
• Locate and develop test plot locations as it relates to the research & development program
• Manage and collect accounts receivable as required to keep receivables current
• Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time

Compensation and Benefits:

• In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $98,800 - $138,267. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for commission, vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
