Hybrid Position: The role will allow employees to work offsite but will also require onsite work-based business needs.
Overview
Work as a part of a team to develop and execute sales strategies to attain strategic and financial goals set by corporate objectives.
Execute responsibilities that will cover independent / warehouse distributor and regional fleet customers within a territory. Provide occasional support to the OEM dealer network as well as national accounts.
Ability to work independently with customers at various levels within their organization including: Owners, VP's, Parts Managers, Service Managers, Outside Sales and Parts Counter personnel.
Manage assigned business and territory to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Job Responsibilities
Accounts: 50-100 independent aftermarket customers
Scope: Sales of multiple brands across a current base of 14 key Aftermarket product lines
Budget: $15K to $35K
Financial: $8-15M Revenue
Ability to travel: 70% overnight travel
