Summary The District Sales Manager is responsible to ensure the increase of sale volumes for Sundance/ National Beverage Products to the assigned territory. The District Sales Manager will ensure total customer satisfaction by promoting top quality service to Sundance/ National Beverage customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage distributor sales activities and provide the direction, leadership and motivation required for the proper sales execution.
- Provide distributors with product awareness and development training on selling National Beverage products.
- Analyze competitive performance by monitoring overall market conditions and account activity to enhance market position and anticipate consumer needs.
- While visiting each market, this Manager must be available to execute account resets/merchandising placing Company glide trays, POS, and be able to replenish shelf stock with our Sundance Brands.
- While in the market, this manager must be able to handle and lift Sundance case weights that vary from 27lbs ( Everfresh 64oz case ) to our heaviest case at 42lbs ( Faygo 24oz ).
- Travelling to other markets in order to obtain new accounts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required in Business or related major
- 3-5 years of prior related experience preferably in Food/ Beverage, DSD/ Retail, Sales, etc.
- Valid Driver License with less than 5 points
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Highly motivated, outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and a self-starter
