Why does the job exist?
This position provides administrative support to the Long-Term Care & Licensed Only Healthcare Survey Teams in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
How does it get done?
As the clerk you will process travel, car maintenance and all other clerical duties. To assist the Survey Teams to meet required deadlines by creating, modifying and/or tracking the survey process from per-survey work to compliance. Provide good customer service and liaison between Central Office and survey team during travel. Complete travel requests for survey team to ensure timely reimbursement. Assist with report running, faxing, scanning, note taking and overall office support.

This position serves the Healthcare Survey Teams and DHI customers.

Minimum Qualification
High School diploma or Equivalent and three (3) months experience in office administration and/or customer service. Substitutions Apply. See Substitution Table below.

Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License. Must Possess and maintain a current Defensive driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment.
Working Conditions
Office setting, attending meetings, visiting provider agencies, extensive computer and telephone usage with extended periods of sitting. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
