Description:
A Pioneer District Manager’s primary role is to serve as the company’s principal corporate support person to our resident operations teams and our clients. This is successfully accomplished by several key strategic indicators.
- Ensuring the financial performance of each account.
- Exercising effective problem solving and decision making, that creates win-win outcomes for Pioneer and our clients.
- Developing strong working relationships with resident teams and client administrators.
- Supporting accounts for special and high-priority events.
- Providing ongoing training and professional development for the resident teams.
- Crisis management resolution.
- Evaluating quality control in all areas of unit operations
- Holding teams accountable to achieving goals and priorities that align with company values.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven successful leadership in a similar food service management role.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated progressional career growth.
- Proven success in team building.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Polished demeanor in dealing with clients and senior level administration.
- Ability to travel an unpredictable amount of time, occasionally for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
