District Manager

Coach, lead and inspire management teams at multiple locations in your market. Work closely with your Hut teams to inspire top performance in all aspects of the business while ensuring they have all the tools and knowledge needed for success. Drive community engagement in your market and elevate the Pizza Hut brand.

*Hire, Train, Develop, Coach and Build a Bench of General Managers and Assistant Managers

*Ensure All Restaurant Teams Have the Tools and Knowledge Necessary for Success

*Mentor Area Coach in Training

*Partner with Local Store Marketers to Grow Sales and Partner with Community

*Develop Teams that Have High Customer Satisfaction Results

*Conduct Effective Restaurant Visits and Walk Throughs

*Ensure District Meets/Exceeds Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes

*(Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, HQC, Maintenance)

*Work with Facilities Team to Keep Locations Up to Standard and in Good Repair

*Responsible for Area P&L Management

*Evaluate and Improve Operational and Financial Performance of Restaurants

*Support and Oversee General Managers Bench Building Needs

*Executes all Pizza Hut Provided Training Materials and courses, follow up with store teams

*Compliant With All Laws and Regulations

*Ensures a Safe Work Environment is Provided in Each Restaurant

*Optimize Trade Area Maps

*Effectively Communicates and Executes Company Initiatives by Managing Performance of Team

*Partner with Restaurant Support Center Teams to achieve Company Objectives and Strategic Goals

*Own the Career Development and Performance Management Process (Live Rise Up!)

*Expert Knowledge and Utilization of Pizza Hut Provided Tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizza Pedia)

*Maintains Professional Image and Highly Ethical Conduct as Representative of Bluegrass Pizza

*Exhibit Bluegrass Pizza Core Values and Work Daily to Fulfill Mission and Vision

*Other Duties As Assigned

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
