Roles and Responsibilities
- Building Student Advising Curriculum
- Build a clear set of milestones and outcomes for students and advisers
- Create a scope and sequence for adviser engagements with students
- Design standard materials for student group advising and individual student-to-adviser- interactions
- Ensure avenues of differentiated student support
Facilitating Cross Organizational Collaboration
- Collaborate with a portfolio of schools and/or districts to determine approaches for advisers to implement curriculum
- Foster sense of collective ownership at school sites by leading meetings between EIF team, school counselors and school leadership
- Build experiences for relevant stakeholders to engage with advisers and students
Fostering a Culture of Learning and Continuous Improvement
- Analyze progress towards key student and adviser milestones
- Lead staff through reflective experiences
- Facilitate conversations with school/district leaders to support their understanding of progress towards outcomes and gather their feedback
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- Approximately 8 years of experience in education or education-adjacent sectors
Compensation & Work Location
- Compensation for this role starts at $80,000
- Dallas, Texas Area
