Distribution Tech, Philips - Phoenix

As a critical teammate for our Distribution Department, you will be receiving, preparing, cleaning, testing, configuring, purging, downloading, fulfilling, and shipping orders with accuracy and timeliness of our remote patient monitoring systems that are pioneer products in this space. We revolutionized healthcare with the first Mobile Cardiac Outpatient Telemetry device and we are one of the fastest growing connected health companies in the market. We are looking for 2 people to join our team who share our passion and focus!

Your role:

• Breakdown: assists in bringing the packages to and from the delivery truck; breakdown kits and remove used materials; remove devices and deliver to next operation and clean, sort, and prep materials for reuse.
• Kit Packing: prep materials for kit packing operations; clean and pack kits accurately with the appropriate contents; sort consumable supplies for reuse or trash.
• Device Prep: scan and clean returned devices from patients; charge devices, if required; test devices using computer-assisted testing software to meet or exceed predefined testing criteria; purge data from devices.
• Sort and remove nonworking devices for further evaluation and repair, if necessary; perform inventory transactions timely and accurately; perform software upgrades, when required.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 2+ years of work experience in product testing, inspection and inventory control preferred. Experience with Order Fulfillment, electronic medical devices, modems, electronic testing devices and simulators is a plus.
• Your skills include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work accurately and safely.
• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You are a detail oriented, a team player with strong sensitivity to patient needs and patient confidentiality are a must.
