Distribution Teammate / Picker LUM - 2PM Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick the products utilizing Voice Pick Technology and RF scanner, place items into totes as directed by the voice picking system, and then move totes to an infeed, moving conveyor.

• Maintain established productivity standards.

• Use a voice-activated handset to pick the products.

• Use hand-held RF devices as needed to pick the products.

• Maintain established Quality standards.

• Perform basic math calculations.

• Pick the product in multiple units of measure (UOMs) – Case, Box, Ea., etc.

• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.

• Occasionally lift Product up to 50 pounds during shift.

• This job comprises tasks that are generally routine and repeated during the shift.

• Performs additional duties as directed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• General knowledge of math, reading/speaking English.

• Ability to work in fast-paced and good attention to detail.

• Dependable and able to work in a team environment.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral.

• Willing to learn new processes and adapt to changes at the workplace based on customer and business needs.

• Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures for safety rules and requirements.

• Prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center is a plus.

• High School Diploma is plus.

LUM Picker:

• 2PM - 10:30PM + OT; Mon. & Sat. OFF
• 2PM - 10:30PM + OT ; Wed. & Sat. OFF

* OT Required for all Positions *

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
