Job Description:
The Distribution Implementation Manager I manages the overall project implementation (e.g., project communications, project planning, risk mitigation, resource coordination, issue resolution for projects defined to a single geography, region, district, product, service, or combination of like components, etc.). He/She assists in the overall project planning (e.g., deployment strategies, implementation roll-out plans, developing business requirements, sign-offs from key internal and external stakeholders, post-implementation audits, user acceptance testing, etc.). Distribution Implementation Manager I works with Business and Information Technology functions to identify implementation criteria, and acts as the primary contact throughout the project's implementation. This position manages supervisors.
Qualifications:
5 years 3PL Operations experience - Preferred
5 years Project Management experience - Preferred
PMP Certification - Preferred
Smartsheet experience - Preferred
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Other Criteria:
Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required (Hebron, KY or Louisville, KY)
Hours: M-F, 8 am to 5 pm, flexible
Grade: 30C
