The Distribution Associate is responsible for preparing product orders to be delivered to retail locations.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews product orders and creates order manifests within various software platforms
- Prints invoices
- Prepares and packages orders for transportation
- Inspects all products for quality and compliant labeling/packaging
- Processes intake of all deliveries within the distribution center including auditing and inspecting deliveries, unloading, and organizing products
- Assists with audits for all products in inventory
- Leads intake of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management
- Receives, labels, and organizes all products into inventory
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Must hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the storage and distribution of cannabis products
- Experience with materials handling, inventory control, shipping, and/or receiving
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Pay range: $19.00 to $21.55; actual pay will be determined based on qualifications
- Bonus eligible
- Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2 weeks per year.
