The Associate Distribution Operations Manager will oversee distribution center operations within their assigned function. This role will work cross-functionally to partner with other associate managers and managers throughout the supply chain functional area to maintain best in class operations and work to implement process improvements as necessary. The Associate Distribution Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all shifts meet or exceed goals. This is a people leader role.

Responsibilities
- Support distribution center (DC) culture by providing leadership and support while also upholding expectations around servant leadership and Otters core values
- Align with manager on goals and performance to ensure then ensure they are carried out with accuracy and timely
- Provides a high degree of leadership and coaching to shift supervisors, direct reports, as well as hourly flex in the form of communication, issue resolution, process change, education and empowerment
- Achieves and maintains facility goals, objectives, and reports performance against targets
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by being an active leader in all safety program initiatives
- Other duties as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
- Minimum of three years of warehouse or logistics experience is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a mentor, supervisor, lead, or manager role is required.
