Thrive is seeking a Dispensary Manager in Tiffin, Ohio!
The Dispensary Manger is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary, ensures compliance with state regulations and company policies, as well as ensures overall productivity of the dispensary.
Role Requirements:
- Support all dispensary staff including Patient Advisors, Inventory Staff, Security Staff and other Dispensary Agents.
- Manage, Oversee, and execute scheduling,
- Train and Develop new and existing staff
- provide policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information.
- Order and receive all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining the agent and facility compliance and cleanliness.
Experience Requirements:
- 4-6years retail sales experience
- 3-5years retail management experience
- Knowledge of Ohio laws and regulations pertaining to Marijuana
Education and Professional Requirements:
- Highschool or Equivalent
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check annually.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
