Dispensary Manager

Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Train and supervise dispensary staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and secure product supply
- Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

This position starts at $50,000/year plus an uncapped bonus structure each month for meeting set goals.
