Dispatcher / Office Admin
Part-time with potential for full-time
Office Experience a must!
Beginning wage is $15 to $18 - salary based on experience.
Hours: 9am to 5pm with the occasional Saturday as needed.
Roto-Rooter Plumbing needs a qualified Dispatcher/Office Admin. The ideal candidate must have phone skills along with practical and working knowledge of Office duties and procedures.
Essential functions:
- Scheduling and dispatching plumbing and drain cleaning jobs accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Administration duties will include maintaining filing system, creating weekly reports, collection calls to commercial customers, and other assigned tasks as needed.
- Applicants must be experienced in working in a busy environment, have a good knowledge surrounding area and be able to anticipate next steps, juggle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. You will be interacting closely with office team members and field technicians.
This position requires excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Under pressure, one must maintain a high level of professionalism.
