Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize various software systems (such as Nilo CRM, Dwayinstalls and freight shipping software) to process orders and update customer information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights for improving customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries or escalations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and tracking is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and using phone systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions to customers' needs

Pay: $16.80 - $17.71 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
