Description:
- Answer all incoming alarm signals through software system according to procedure of urgency
- Make high volume outbound calls to premise to the proper contacts and notify law enforcement if necessary
- Log information in internal system and ensure alarm systems are reset properly
- Prioritize urgency level of incoming alarms and automated notifications
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service experience (food service, retail, hospitality, gas stations, etc)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- Nice corporate office, cubicle setting, casual work environment. This is a fully in-office position, no flexibly to work from home.
- Training: 3 weeks Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- This is a 24 hour call center because of the industry they're in. There is 3 shifts - the candidate must be available during the start time range.
- They will be working either Saturday or Sunday, but if they need one weekend day off (ex: Sunday for personal reasons) they are able to accommodate.
- Holidays are required but they will get double time.
- They will receive a set schedule upon training graduation.
- 2nd Shift: start time 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. start time range
- 3rd shift: 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. start time range
