We are currently looking for a customer service-oriented dispatcher for the following schedule Tuesday-Saturday 3P-11P . As a dispatcher you will act as a liaison, between our internal customers (drivers and roadside service technicians) and external customers (AAA dispatchers, AAA members) while managing the work order distribution. You will also attempt to resolve any emerging problems that may occur with accuracy and efficiency. The best candidates will have knowledge of the Greater Cleveland areas. They will also be willing to investigate and get the information needed to successfully service the customer, they must have problem solving skills. You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Keep Members Informed of ETAs and make sure they are aware of any delays
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve total satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Prevent service delays by sending correct equipment
Skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong active listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- knowledge of the greater Cleveland area.
