**We have immediate full-time available. Starting at $16 up to $17+ depending on Towing Dispatch Expeirience!

The right candidate must be able to work under pressure, while keeping our customers updated while coordinating our drivers to meet ETA's. You must be able to multitask and problem solve quickly also maintain professionalism on the phone as well as in person. Must maintain a positive attitude.

Flexible schedule and Holidays required, most shifts require weekends.

The right candidate for this position will be:

• Comfortable answering phones and working with multiple software programs.
• Have a professional demeanor and communication style.
• Be detail oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks.

• Able to pass a background check.
• Have general computer skills and able to type
• Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Must have general knowledge of direction
• Skills: communication, listening, decision-making, time management, speech clarity, accuracy, and computer operation.
