Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation for shipments
- Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Utilize transportation management systems such as Command
- Manage fleet and driver schedules
- Track and monitor to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation
- Maintain accurate records and update information in the system
- Perform data entry tasks related to transportation management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching is preferred
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software, including Command
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers and customers
- Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions to ensure efficient operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 90 per week
