DISPATCHER HEAVY HAUL TRUCKING

Fast paced Heavy Haul trucking company in need of a Dispatcher to assist the Manager in daily operations. Experience with oversize overweight permit requests a plus, but will train the right candidate.

Duties Include:

Order oversize and overweight permits on various state, county and city websites.

Monitor E-Log system for compliance.

Update dispatch logs using Xcel software.

Process IFTA using Reveal software.

Daily billing and vendor invoice processing using Quickbooks software.

Assist drivers with out of town repairs.

Miscellaneous tasks and special projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
