Community Outreach Coordinator - Entry Level

Our firm specializes in direct Community Outreach, outsourced customer service solutions, and field sales strategies. Our partnership with Arcadia, a community solar farm, allows us to work hands-on with customers to educate them on the benefits of solar energy, what a community solar farm is, and how they can positively impact their communities.

We are searching for a Community Outreach Coordinator to join our Philadelphia-based team. Our Community Outreach Coordinator will be personally trained and guided by one of our top enrollment managers. We provide extensive training for our solar project position on every aspect of the role including Community Outreach solutions, compliance, customer service, product knowledge, and territory management to ensure flawless customer interaction. Our Community Outreach Coordinators do a remarkable job interacting with customers hands-on, determining eligibility for the community solar project, and facilitating the enrollment process. The Community Outreach Coordinator is the ideal role for someone to merge their love of Community Outreach while also developing their professional skills in a tech-driven environment.

The Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Conduct Community Outreach efforts to eligible customers, assess if they meet requirements, and complete enrollment in the program
• Participate in training sessions on customer relations, features and benefits of the program, and compliance requirements
• Verify confidential information and track customer data on eligible customers to receive community solar benefits
• Meet directly with customers and interact pleasantly and professionally, while being informative about their potential benefits
• Record and maintain all customer information accurately and promptly

Community Outreach Coordinator Requirements:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• 0-2 years as a Benefit Enrollment Representative, Customer Service Specialist, Business Development Associate, volunteer, or similar field
• Drive to learn about Community Outreach and our efforts in making a difference
• Posses confidence in presentation skills and ability to build rapport with customers through strong active listening and proactive instincts
• Strong desire to continuously learn, develop one’s career, and make an impact
• Team-oriented individual with the ability to problem-solve independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
