The role of the Dispatcher is to support locations in our company. We are looking for a talented Customer Service Dispatcher. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

Job Duties:
- Attend meetings and continued education
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for technicians
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Review invoices or workorders and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor workorders and negotiate terms with vendors to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and present quotes as assigned
