Because of this wonderful growth, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Dispatch Coordinator to join our team!
As a member of our Dispatch Coordinator team, you will work directly with both our internal and external customers primarily focusing on our technicians. You will be responsible for fielding all incoming calls, ensuring to collect correct and accurate information to prioritize the necessary services needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
Experience
- Experience in construction related field: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another related field.
- At least 3+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Call center or data entry experience also preferred
Qualifications
- Candidate must have good communication skills, excellent customer service, with extreme attention to detail and be able to multi-task
- Efficient with good time management skills
- General PC and software experience.
Responsibilities:
· The dispatcher will aid the call center and service departments by fully engaging with both technicians and clients
· The position must effectively communicate with technicians on any day-to-day situation that arises to ensure a steady process in a busy environment.
- Validate information in internal systems and update/correct as needed.
- Add job information to our internal computer software “HouseCall Pro” ensuring proper data, logging calls, activities, and other relevant information
- Be willing to work “On-Call” for 24-hour period based on office rotation
Seeking both full time and part time positions:
- Dispatch 1 9:00 - 5:00 (-30 min lunch break)
- Dispatch 2 7:30 - 2:00 (Mon-Thur) Off (Friday)
