Dispatch Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule field service personnel and manage 150+ daily calls.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and dispatch activities.
- Use CRM systems and scripts for service call scheduling, emphasizing dispatch details.
- Promote company services and resolve customer concerns for satisfaction.
- Uphold service quality standards.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, dispatching experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel; familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Additional Details:
- Compensation: $21-23 per hour.
- Schedule: 11:30am-8pm.
- Location: 100% Onsite at Saint Paul office
