Dispatch Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule field service personnel and manage 150+ daily calls.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and dispatch activities.
• Use CRM systems and scripts for service call scheduling, emphasizing dispatch details.
• Promote company services and resolve customer concerns for satisfaction.
• Uphold service quality standards.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, dispatching experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel; familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional Details:

• Compensation: $21-23 per hour.
• Schedule: 11:30am-8pm.
• Location: 100% Onsite at Saint Paul office
