Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills to effectively work with the kitchen team
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Note: Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or banquet setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
