- Busses all tables from food and beverage outlets common areas.
- Discards all used disposable supplies from tables, countertops and returns all silverware, glasses and chinaware to the dishwashing area.
- Ensures that all common areas – tables, chairs, countertops, cabinets, equipment, refrigerators, coffee machines, soda machines and other F&B equipment is clean, sanitized and maintained.
- Duties include hot water flushing all beverage machines.
- Makes and replenishes coffee and fills up soda machine with ice on all common areas.
- Support the team by anticipating and providing help as needed.
- Understand and contribute to setting and improving procedures, work instructions, and responsibilities.
- Shows initiative to get the job done.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to carry a radio and cart for cleaning supplies daily.
- Must pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test.
- Must possess a California Food Handler Card.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment, utensils and procedures.
- Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers.
- Available for scheduled work which may include weekends and evening scheduling; and ready for all programs and activities. Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
- Able to communicate clearly with team members.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work within a team and respond to quick changes in priority.
- Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
- Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
