The Daily Job
- Quickly and accurately prep food to daily levels while maintaining communication with team members.
- Maintain proper uniform and grooming standards while upholding FatCats' food and safety standards including maintaining proper uniform and grooming.
- Memorize and prepare basic components of each dish including our serving portion sizes, recipes, and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.
- Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleanliness standards and safety and health regulations.
- Clean, dry, and store dishes at a quick pace and in accordance with health regulations.
Line Cook Requirements
- Kitchen Team Members must have an unexpired food handler permit or can obtain a permit before work duties begin.
