Responsibilities of the Role:

• Proper dishwashing procedure, as directed
• Daily opening & closing of Steward Area
• Kitchen Cleaning assistance, as directed
• Follow quality control guidelines, as directed
• Chemical Handling
• Kitchen Cleaning assistance, as directed
• Open availability for PM shifts
• Duties as Prep Cook
• Building & Outdoor Maintenance (drain cleaning, various other cleaning, leaf blowing, window cleaning,...)
