Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deep cleaning & daily cleaning of entire kitchen facility and all back of the house areas including hallways, employee break room, refrigerators, storerooms, restrooms and more. Including all cooking equipment, walls shelves ceilings, pots & pans, all cooking & prep equipment.
Rinsing and running all plates, glass, silver, etc. through dishwasher and restocking clean product in appropriate locations.
Assisting culinary team in food prep, cutting and peeling of produce, food assembly, making platters, etc.
Removal of garbage from all back of the house areas in the clubhouse.
Cleaning of all mats, runners in BOH areas and sweeping and mopping floors.
Care & storage of equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
