Dishwasher/Food Prep

Duties
- Assist in food preparation activities such as peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients
- Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes or portion sizes
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

-Cleaning, including bathrooms and deep cleaning in kitchen

-Closing the kitchen for the day- sweeping, mopping, taking out trash
- Support the kitchen staff in various tasks as needed

Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Shift is Saturdays 10am-3pm. Additional hours available during busy times.

Please note that this position may require the use of knives and other kitchen tools. Prior experience using these tools is preferred.
