Job Duties
- Deliver the brand promise and always provide exceptional guest service.
- Operates and maintains the dishwashing machine.
- Fill holding containers completely with the correct dishes and rinse them before putting them in the machine.
- Removes dishes from flip and sorts and stacks them according to banquet rooms and classifications.
- Change cutlery cleaning solution every two hours and stack the supply neatly.
- Keeps work areas, hallways, and walk-in coolers clean by sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces, and emptying garbage containers.
- Performs the general and specific task of pot washing.
- Assists in all general matters of cleaning.
- Assists with transportation of food as necessary.
- Assists in special maintenance when required.
Essential Experience/Aptitudes:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a kitchen area or related job is desired.
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent. Deliver the brand promise and always provide exceptional guest service.
- Run dish machine, stack, and organize dishes.
- Must be able to use sanitation chemicals with the assistance of personal protective equipment.
- Always ensure cleanliness of dish area.
- Clean dish area, remove used dishes if needed.
- Always ensure the safety of the dining and dish area.

Essential Physical Abilities:
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, such as reaching, bending, and stooping.
- Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 40 lbs.; and lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, boxes, and luggage.
- Periodically required to work at a very fast pace, under pressure.
