Duties:
- Arrive on time and ready for your scheduled shift
- Operate dishwashing machinery safely and
- Complete opening/closing duties up to restaurant standards in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Ensure all equipment, utensils, supplies are properly stored and organized
- Communicate with other BOH staff to ensure kitchen needs are met
- Assist with catering events as needed
Skills:
- Past experience as a dishwasher in fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures accurately and efficiently
