Duties:

• Arrive on time and ready for your scheduled shift
• Operate dishwashing machinery safely and
• Complete opening/closing duties up to restaurant standards in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Ensure all equipment, utensils, supplies are properly stored and organized
• Communicate with other BOH staff to ensure kitchen needs are met
• Assist with catering events as needed

Skills:

• Past experience as a dishwasher in fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and efficiently

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
