- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam
- Clearing and cleaning tables in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and hygiene standards
- Basic understanding of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and organization
- Willingness to assist other team members as needed
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a positive experience for guests
