Dishwasher Job Responsibilities: Convention hotel and Sports Bar

Evening/Night shift & Mid-shift positions:

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. Puts items away in proper place.
• Changes water in machines every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by Eco Lab.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Assists with other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed. Banquet details, prep and etcetera. Good tips on banquets, conventions, meeting, weddings, and other hotel gatherings.
• Possible Overtime depending on hotel events.
• Some regular schedules other times longer work times for hotel needs.

Dishwasher Qualifications / Skills:

• Planning and multi-tasking
• Self-motivated with a high energy level
• Verbal communication

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
