Dishwasher and Busser:

We are looking for earnest and passionate cooks to fill Back of House positions at our Eagan location. Back of House employees are responsible for executing great food quality and prompt food production while working in the kitchen. Responsibilities Include:

· Adhere to the product recipes, guidelines and standards to ensure consistency.

· Preserve product freshness by accurate labeling, rotating and storage.

· Properly maintain and calibrate the various pieces of equipment as necessary.

· FIFO-F*irst In First O*ut. Rotate product to maintain shelf life and avoid expired product.

· Learn the ingredients of each menu item.

· Prepare menu items according to Punch standards.

· Ability to work efficiently, accurately and with a high level of cleanliness.

· Move between positions as business dictates and help where needed.

· Complete all cleaning duties for assigned stations.

· Ensure you wear a clean uniform each and every shift and abide by the uniform policy.

· Maintain a high level of personal hygiene.

Starting pay: $15.00
