- Maintain sanitation for equipment, tools, and food prep areas
- Daily trash and recycling removal to dumpster.
- Responsible for organizing storage area with deliveries.
- Inspect and test sanitizer for proper temperature and chemical mix and properly set up dish machine.
- Uses checklists to ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Work quickly and efficiently to keep up with high volume.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- Follow all uniform and appearance guidelines set by Kearns Restaurant Group standards.
- Restaurant experience is highly desired.
