Summary:
The Dishwasher will remove soiled plates and flatware from tables, washing them thoroughly, placing them into the dishwashing system. Once clean, the dishwasher will remove and dry dishes, flatware and drinkware and put them in their appropriate place. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties as needed.

Ensure the availability of clean dishes, wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.
Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
Unload deliveries
Sweep and mop floors
Take trash out, rinse garbage cans
Support other kitchen team members by assisting with other tasks as needed

Education and Experience:
High school or vocational school coursework in kitchen basics.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and working in a kitchen.
Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Must be able to work late nights and unpredictable hours.
