- Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Cleaning dishes, stacking plates and running plates back to the cooks line.
- Maintaining a clean work space.
- Participating on some prep work with raw ingredients and the ability to follow strict recipes.
- Using proper portioningtechniques.
- Cleanstation floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
- Other cleaning projects that may need to get done.
What we need from you:
- Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Ability to be part of a team.
